I love my house and I love the area. The Developer has been so helpful in helping me settle in my space. Charlene from customer care has been a great help. She has made things very easy for me to find my feet in my new home and even in the area. CentralBlue is very peaceful and I can see myself growing old here.

Good day all, So excited is an understatement. We purchased our gem, a year ago and truly I can say, it's a beautiful place to live. CentralBlue is conveniently located in a central area of my living city/suburb. We have great and easy accessibility to public transportation and other public facilities. We can deal with daily shopping easily, due to different kind of stores and it's walking distance. It is a peaceful and friendly environment. A close-knit community with friendly, approachable neighbors, who greet often or 'lay' on their horns as to attract you're attention, to greet. Overall, CentralBlue provides a comforting and safe environment to all, which I cherish. In order to complete the above-mentioned, I give thanks and praises to Ms Amrah Kolbe.
