I would like to sincerely thank Amrah Kolbe, Development Support Manager, for her exceptional support during my move into my unit. The process came with many challenges, including construction issues and ongoing repairs, which made the experience quite stressful. Amrah’s dedication and professionalism, however, made a significant difference.
She consistently ensures that all concerns are acknowledged and addressed, even when matters fall outside her direct scope of responsibility. Her commitment to seeing issues through to resolution is truly commendable. Despite often taking responsibility for matters not directly linked to her role, she remains consistent, reliable, and supportive.
